We mainly ship internationally with DHL, and FedEx as an alternative.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 working days, though it can occasionally
take a little longer.
Custom orders are produced in 8–15 days after design approval and
deposit, then shipped. Stock items are typically dispatched within
3–4 days.
International duties, taxes, and import charges are set by your
country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom belts cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you
cancel before production begins, your deposit is fully refundable.
Stock items are not eligible for return for change of mind, we send
photo and video of your item before shipping so you can confirm it
first.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24
hours of delivery with photos so we can review and find a solution.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
