Ibrahim Sports is a professional manufacturer of metal products, designed to individual customer requirements, for the last 23 years. We specialize in custom made championship belts — wrestling, boxing, MMA, and special event belts — along with medallions and plaques, supplying the worldwide market with high quality championship products. We offer best-in-class design services with low cost manufacturing.
The metal we use in our work is brass (a yellow alloy of copper and zinc) or silver zinc metal.
Plates for belts:
- Brass sheet etching, 2mm, 3mm, or 4mm thick, in one to three layers
- Zinc sheet etching, 4mm thick
- Brass mold casting
- Silver mold casting
Leather for the belts: real leather or PU (artificial) leather, available in black, red, blue, white, green, golden, and silver.
Medallions:
- Brass sheet etching, 3mm to 4mm thick
- Die cast medallions, 2 to 4 inch diameter
Plaques: made from 3mm to 6mm thick acrylic sheet, or wood sheet.
