1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ibrahimsports.com, and any order placed with Ibrahim Sports. By browsing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order with us.
2. Orders, Payment & Refunds
Orders for custom belts require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due after your design is approved. Full details on deposits, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are set out on our Refund and Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the payment and refund terms set out on that page.
3. Custom Designs & Your Artwork
Many of our belts are made using logos, artwork, or designs that you provide. This artwork remains yours — we use it only to produce the item you have ordered.
We may photograph or film completed custom belts, including your design, to share on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We will always try to ask your permission first. If you would prefer we do not feature your design publicly, or you would like it removed after it has already been shared, just let us know and we will take it down.
4. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure every belt is produced to the design you approve and delivered safely. However, to the fullest extent permitted, Ibrahim Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from an order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use this website or place orders with us after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
