Every item we make — including replica championship belts and fully custom belts — is manufactured and shipped to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Order Accuracy
Because orders cannot be returned once production begins, please double-check all details before confirming your order, including:
- Belt design, colours, and finish
- Engraving text and medallion details
- Size and strap length
- Shipping address

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if we made an error fulfilling your order (wrong design, wrong engraving, etc.), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve it, which may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
