How To Buy
We design fully custom belts from scratch — there are no templates. The shape, size, color, and style can be built to your request, with options for etching, engraving, painting, dipping, and layering.
Pricing depends on the design, size, and materials, but fully custom belts typically range from $100–$200, including shipping. We are happy to email you a price guide for your specific design.
For customized belts, production normally takes 8–15 days after the artwork is approved and the deposit is received. Bulk orders are usually completed within a month.
Stock belts (mold-cast and ready in stock) only need your logo, side plate details, and belt color, and are typically ready to dispatch within 3–4 days.
Click 'Contact Us' and email us the belt type, logo, wording, and dates you would like included. We will put together a design layout for your approval before production begins.
Contact us and let us know which belt you are interested in (for example, the AWA Championship belt), along with the logo and wording you would like on the top and bottom banners and nameplates. We will prepare your layout and order for approval.
No payment is taken when you place an order on our website. Our team will contact you first to confirm all the details. For stock belts, we send photo and video proof before dispatch. For customized belts, a 50% deposit is required once all details are confirmed, paid directly by PayPal or any suitable payment gateway.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. International duties, taxes, and import charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility — these are outside of our control.
If you would like your shipment declared with a lower value to reduce these charges, this is done at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss that results from it.
We mainly use direct DHL, and FedEx as an alternative — we avoid third-party or bucket shipping services, which is why the large majority of our shipments arrive safely and on time. Delivery typically takes 4–6 working days, though it can occasionally be faster or take a little longer.
Custom belts cannot be cancelled once production has started, and stock belts are not returnable for change of mind — in both cases, we send photo and video for your approval before shipping. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Production & Quality
Yes — we etch your graphics onto the plates or medallion and fit them to the stock belt. If time is tight, we can also apply the graphic using sublimation directly onto the metal after your approval.
We use commercial-grade vinyl with a laminate finish, so the color and quality hold up well over time — it is not the thinner, unfinished vinyl some other suppliers use.
