1. Design Consultation
Tell us about your event, league, or organization. We discuss belt style, colors, and any logos or text you want featured.
2. Artwork & Mockup Approval
Our design team creates a digital mockup of your belt so you can see exactly how it will look before production begins. We revise the artwork until you are happy with it.
3. Material & Customization Selection
Choose brass or zinc, 2mm to 4mm plate thickness, and single, two, or three layers depending on the look and weight you want. See our pricing page for details.
4. Etching & Craftsmanship
Once approved, your design is etched into the metal plates by hand and assembled onto the strap by our craftsmen.
5. Quality Check
Every belt is inspected for finish, fit, and etching accuracy before it leaves our workshop.
6. Packaging & Shipping
Choose standard packaging or a presentation suitcase (+$30), and we ship your finished belt to you with tracking.
