Orders
All orders are made to order. Once you submit an order, please review your order confirmation carefully — including belt design, sizing, and engraving — as production begins once your order is confirmed and paid for.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Your order enters production once payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipping
We ship worldwide at a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns
All items are made and shipped to order and are not eligible for return or refund, except as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
Custom belts and awards are produced based on the design details, text, and artwork you provide or approve. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, or trademarks you ask us to include. Ibrahim Sports is not responsible for any intellectual property dispute arising from designs supplied or requested by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Ibrahim Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the remedies described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
